Responsibilities:
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager assists the Housekeeping Manager in organizing, coordinating, and supervising all housekeeping operations onboard, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction in accordance with company policies, ISM, sanitation standards, and maritime regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as Assistant Housekeeper or similar supervisory role onboard cruise or passenger vessels.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry systems, and sanitation standards.
STCW Basic Safety Training certification (as applicable).
Good command of the English language.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
