We have acquired official license to operate as a Manning Agency No. 1925 according to the Bulgarian Law and in compliance with MLC 2006.
All our seamen are STCW’78/95 certified experienced, English and Russian speaking and comply to ISM and IMO standards, with good references. Officers usually have 5 years education in Navigation or in Maritime Engineering, achieved in Naval Academy or Technical University.
They have also good experience on board vessels with multinational crew. Seamen at low rating ranks are educated at Seafarers College, have good practical skills and proper experience.
