Diana Wilhelmsen Management Limited, utilizing the extensive network and experience of both our Shareholders in the field of crewing, provides our vessels with Filipino, Ukranian, Polish and Romanian officers, and Filipino seamen.

Our officers and seamen are referred to us by an independent crewing agency. The crewing agencies handle each seaman’s training, travel and payroll. We ensure that all of our seamen have the qualification licenses and continuous training required to comply with international requirements and regulations and shipping conventions. We thereby ensure that our vessels are manned by experienced, competent and trained personnel. Additionally, our seafaring employees perform commissioning work and supervise work at shipyards and dry-dock facilities.
