Responsibilities: Monitor all V.I.P's special guests and requests

Qualifications:
Experience in relevant position
Knowledge of English should be fluent
Helps guests complete registration cards and assigns rooms,
accommodating special requests whenever possible. Places guests and
room information in the appropriate front desk system and communicates
this information to the appropriate personnel.
Schedules/Trains/Review the front office staff
Supervises workload during shifts
Evaluates the job performance if each front office employee
Professional attitude and appearance
Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
