The purpose of our company is the selection and training of marine specialists for shipping companies, both Russian and foreign with further employment of Russian Federation citizens outside the Russian Federation.

The scope of work of Assistance Kaliningrad LTD also includes mediation in advertising and promoting Russian maritime specialists in the global job market, with the provision of all necessary services in the maritime paperwork and travel visas.

First of all the selection is carried out on the availability of the necessary documents from a specialist, experience on vessels of a certain type. The company collects characteristics from the previous workplace, checks the level of professional training (testing is carried out in special training centers of the Baltic State Academy of the city of Kaliningrad if necessary ), as well as serious testing of medical certificates of seafarers, the level of knowledge of English and other languages is carried out.
