For many years, our employees have been engaged in the search, selection and evaluation of candidates for foreign shipowners. Below are some areas of our work:

1. Attraction and selection of new seafarers, initial interviewing (professional and knowledge of English), checking the candidate’s certificates and working documents for compliance with the STCW and the requirements of the shipowner company, checking the candidate’s reviews and characteristics from recent jobs.
2. Registration of the questionnaire of new seamen, transfer of the questionnaire to the Owners for further consideration. Organization of conferences and interviews with the applicant, training seminars, skype interviews with the shipowner inspection (if necessary).
3. Organization of planned and unscheduled replacements, invitation of a seaman to the office for processing the documents necessary for sending to the contract, printing personal details. Issuance sailor overalls.
4. Preparation of documents for visas, sub-documents. Registration of seaman's passports and navigable books for the vessel before the contract.
5. Maintenance of tables for ships, tables for all available documents and certificates of seafarers and their validity periods. Reminder to seafarers about the need to extend certificates and working documents, medical board.
6. Preparation of documents for obtaining (renewal) of the seaworthy book and seafarer's identity card.

7. Rendering assistance in the accelerated passing of the medical commission and the accelerated obtaining sea certificates.
