SMA “Siberian Maritime Agency” is a new dynamically developing crewing company with office in Omsk, Russia. We have a lot off seafarers in our region who has wide experience on different types of merchant and offshore vessels.

Our director and crew inspector has high marine education and years of experience at sea on different vessels type. This experience allow us to test our candidates for professional knowledge in accordance with the highest standards.

Our crewing “SMA” is able to provide officers and ratings for merchant, offshore and fishing fleet. Our electronic database includes thousands of professional seafarers of different ranks and vessels types. We always keep our database up-to-date in order to be able to provide our clients with appropriate candidates. All marine specialists in out database are certified in accordance with STCW regulations.
OUR SERVICES:
- searching for appropriate candidates according to principals' requirements;
- checking documents for validity and compliance with STCW regulations;
- verification of seafarers COC and certificates;
- checking previous experience (references, evaluation forms, sea service records);
- testing for professional level of English language (Interview and Marlins Test);
- checking seafarers' professional knowledge (CES Test, Interview);
- seafarers' familiarization with the Company's policies and procedures;
- preparing documents for visas and flag state documents issuance;
- preparing documents for joining vessel (crew list, guarantee letter etc.);
- travel arrangement;
- supply of working uniform;
