OSM North, meeting the requirements of the International STCW Convention 78 as amended, the Ordinance of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Inland Navigation of April 23, 2018 on the training and qualification of members of the crews of sea-going vessels, implementing the training programs contained in the Ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of February 5, 2014 on the framework training programs for members of the crews of sea-going vessels, offers the following.
