Are you an experienced Senior Deck Officer ready to transition ashore and take on a strategic role in vessel management? We're looking for a maritime professional with a solid background in shipboard operations who is ready to bring their sea experience to a challenging and rewarding shore-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

Full operational management of assigned bulk carriers.

Maintaining close contact with vessel's Charterers and corresponding with them in connection with all issues arising in relation to charter parties. Ensuring all Shipowners' and vessels' obligations stemming from charter parties are fully complied with.

Analyzing vessel’s port activities and sea performances. (Loading/discharging performances, permissible cargoes, approval of proposed loading plan by Masters, speed and consumptions of vessels vis-à-vis charter party warranties).

Monitor vessel budgets, cost efficiency, and operational KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Senior Deck Officer/Master or superintendent role.

Proven knowledge of dry bulk shipping operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
