Job Requirements

Previous bar experience within a 4-star hotel/Cruise ship or high-volume bar/ restaurant establishment with international clientele preferred;

Active listening and effective communication skills;

Ability to carry food and beverages to the serving stations;

Proficiency in English written and verbal and additional languages are a plus;

Excellent working knowledge of food, beverage (wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, coffee, tea) and an international cuisine recognized bar qualification or equivalent preferred or relevant industry experience. Knowledge and hands-on experience with POS desirable;

High level of awareness about food intolerance and allergies on Restaurant and Bar menus;

Knowledge and experience in Public Health Rules and Regulations related to VSP desirable;

Perform other duties as assigned by the respective department head or ship management.
