we are now in the process of preparing the line-up for the first 5900 DWT vessel to be built in China / Dajin for delivery in February 2025.
The vessel has a single CPP propulsion system with one main engine (MAN 6L27/38) and a reduction gear and a PTO (330kW). The M/E has a power of 2190kW @ 800rpm (constant speed) and will be operated on MGO only. In addition to the M/E there are two generator sets with a power of below 130 kW each. The accommodation as well as the engine room are located at the aft and the single cargo hold with a volume of 9100m³ is located in front.
