SALARY RATES (Total O/B Monthly):

Master — $9,725 / month (+ experience scale allowance from $575 to $775)
Chief Engineer — $9,400 / month (+ experience scale allowance from $200 to $600)
Chief Officer — $8,000 / month (+ experience scale allowance from $200 to $400)
2nd Engineer — $8,000 / month (+ experience scale allowance from $200 to $400)
Electrical Engineer (ETO) — $6,100 / month (+ experience scale allowance from $200 to $400)
