Danica Maritime Services is a Hamburg-based company with a fully owned and controlled manning agency in Odessa: Danica Crewing Services.

Danica Crewing Services in Odessa is under Danish management. The office was established in 2008, and the business concept is the same today as it was then: To connect demanding shipowners and managers with highly competent seafarers through trustworthy crewing services exceeding the highest industry standards.

We can provide crew members on a single-position basis or an entire set of ship's crew. We also offer you a full-service crew management solution on a cost or lump sum basis.

We carefully screen each seafarer's abilities to ensure we only supply top people.

Our business idea and philosophy proved to be very successful, and today Danica is one of the largest independent crewing agencies in Ukraine. Presently, more than 500 seafarers are employed through our office in Odessa.
